Lisa has noted that Bryce is not as snappy as he usually is at the end of the day which makes him a bit more focused on his homework. I can attest to the fact that energy levels are very even throughout the day which does not let you crash at any point.
Breakfeast - 2 Scrambled Eggs and bcaon
Mid morning - Cheese, biltong, mini tomatoes and strawberries. Supper - Steak mince bolognaise with tomato and various spices, broccoli and some peas and corn. |

Pretty good, had a good mountain bike ride in Tokai during intermittent showers. Bryce rode well up to level 5 and down one of the single tracks. He did moan a bit about being cold which was understandable.
Breakfast - Bacon and eggs from the Porter market, yum!
Lunch - Cheese and biltong Supper - 1kg Spare ribs (did have most of it in a doggie bag!!) with spinach and butternut + Salad. |

Summary
Had a good week on the whole, noticed that Bryce is becoming a bit more attentive at the end of the day. I would attribute this to the stable energy delivery that this diet provides as opposed to the see saw energy provided by refined carbs and sugar. Had a chat to a friend who has agreed to do a test on his cognitive function to see if there is any improvement after 12 weeks. We are 2 weeks in but we will see if there is any shift by the end.
